H1N1 Swine Flu

H1N1 is a strain of the influenza virus that emerged in early 2009 in Mexico. Commonly known as Swine Flu it has so far spread fast across the world, with a low fatality rate. Current fears are that it will mutate into a more pathogenic strain in the Autumn of 2009, the normal flu season for the Northern hemisphere.
